Last updated: 4 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Pageqnic ("we", "us") collects, why, and what choices you have. Pageqnic is operated by Dhanvine Services, India. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other Indian laws that apply to us.

1. Who this covers

  • Creators: people who sign up to build and publish pages and sell products.
  • Buyers and visitors: people who visit a creator's site or buy from it. For a buyer's purchase, the creator decides what is collected and why, and Pageqnic processes it on the creator's behalf. Please read the creator's own policies too.

2. What we collect

  • Account details: name, email address and a password, which we store only in hashed form.
  • Content: the pages, text, images, products and files that creators add.
  • Orders: for each purchase, the buyer's name and email, the product, the amount, the payment status and the Razorpay payment and order references. We do not see or store card, UPI or bank details. These go directly to Razorpay.
  • Creator payment and email settings: if a creator connects Razorpay or their own SMTP server, we store those credentials in encrypted form and never show them again.
  • Messages: what you send through our contact form.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and the pages or API calls requested, used for security, rate limiting, abuse prevention and fixing problems.
  • Cookies: we use one essential cookie to keep you signed in to the dashboard. It is not used for tracking or advertising. We do not use advertising cookies. [IF YOU ADD ANALYTICS LATER, DESCRIBE IT HERE.]

3. How we use it

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

  • To create and run your account, publish your sites and deliver purchased files.
  • To send emails that you need, such as email verification, password reset and purchase delivery messages.
  • To process and record orders and to keep our records for tax and legal purposes.
  • To protect Pageqnic and our users from fraud, abuse and attacks.
  • To answer your questions and give support.
  • To improve and fix Pageqnic.

We rely on your consent, on the need to provide the service you asked for, and on legal obligations, as the law allows.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run Pageqnic, and only as needed:

  • Razorpay: payment processing, through the creator's own Razorpay account.
  • Brevo: sending our service emails.
  • Cloudflare: file storage for creators' deliverables and network services. [CONFIRM ANY OTHER PROVIDER YOU USE.]
  • Our hosting provider: servers that run Pageqnic and hold encrypted backups.
  • The creator: a buyer's name, email and order details are shared with the creator they bought from. If a creator uses their own email server, buyer delivery emails are sent through that server.

We may also disclose information when the law, a court or a government authority requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

5. Where your data is stored

Your data is stored on servers and services operated by the providers above, which may be located inside or outside India. We take reasonable steps to keep it protected wherever it is.

6. How long we keep it

  • We keep account and content data while your account is active.
  • If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information within [30] days, except what we must keep for law, tax, fraud prevention or disputes (such as order records).
  • Encrypted backups are kept on a rolling basis for up to about three months. Deleted data may remain in a backup until that backup expires. It is not used for anything else.

7. Security

We use measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, encrypted storage of sensitive credentials, private file storage with short-lived download links, access controls and encrypted backups. No system is perfectly secure. If a data breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to give you a copy of your personal information, correct it, delete it, or withdraw consent. You may also name someone to act for you and complain if you think your data has been mishandled. Write to us at [SUPPORT EMAIL]. We will reply within a reasonable time. If you are a buyer, we may direct your request to the creator you bought from, because they decide how your order data is used.

9. Children

Pageqnic is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect children's data. If you think a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. If a change is important, we will tell you by email or in the dashboard. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.

11. Contact and grievances

Questions, requests or complaints about your data: [email protected] or the contact form on pageqnic.com. Grievance contact: [email protected]. We aim to reply within 7 days.
