These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Pageqnic, available at pageqnic.com and app.pageqnic.com ("Pageqnic", "we", "us"). Pageqnic is operated by Dhanvie Services, New Delhi, India. By creating an account or using Pageqnic you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Pageqnic.

1. What Pageqnic is

Pageqnic is a platform that lets creators build landing pages and small websites, publish them on a Pageqnic subdomain, and sell digital products to their own customers. Creators connect their own Razorpay account to receive payments and upload their own files for delivery.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• You must give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• You must verify your email address to use the creator dashboard.
• Tell us at once if you think your account has been used without your permission.

3. Plans, trial and fees

• New creators may receive a free trial. The length of the trial and the features of each plan are shown on Pageqnic at the time you sign up.
• Paid plans are charged at the price shown for the plan, in Indian Rupees, inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as stated at the time of purchase.
• When a trial or paid period ends, there is a short grace period during which you can still view your content and your published sites keep working, but you cannot edit or publish until the plan is renewed. After the grace period, your published sites may be taken offline. We do not delete your content only because a plan ended.
• We may change plan prices or features. We will give you reasonable notice before a change affects your existing plan.
• Refunds of Pageqnic fees are covered in our Refund Policy.

4. Your content

• You own the content you create or upload (text, images, files, products). You give us a limited licence to store, process and display it so that we can run Pageqnic for you, including publishing your site and delivering files to your buyers.
• You promise that you have the rights to everything you upload and publish, and that it does not break any law or anyone else's rights.
• You are responsible for your pages, your products, your prices, your own legal pages and your dealings with your buyers.

5. Selling on Pageqnic

• Pageqnic is a software provider. The sale of a product is between the creator and the buyer. Pageqnic is not the seller, and is not a party to that sale.
• Payments from buyers go through the creator's own Razorpay account. Pageqnic does not hold, receive or pay out buyers' money. The creator's agreement with Razorpay, including its fees, KYC and settlement rules, applies.
• An order is treated as paid only after Razorpay confirms the payment to us. After that, the buyer receives an email with a download link.
• Creators must describe their products honestly, deliver what they sell, handle buyer support and refunds, and follow all laws that apply to their business, including tax and consumer-protection rules.
• Creators must publish their own Terms, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy for their buyers. Pageqnic provides a default template that you can change, but you are responsible for its content.

6. Things you must not do

• Sell or promote anything illegal, fraudulent, hateful, adult or sexually explicit, infringing, misleading, or harmful, including malware, stolen or pirated content, and fake or deceptive offers.
• Collect people's data without a lawful reason, send spam, or use Pageqnic to harass anyone.
• Try to break, overload, scan or reverse engineer Pageqnic, bypass its limits, or access other people's data.
• Resell or share your account in ways that go against your plan.

7. Suspension and ending

• You can stop using Pageqnic at any time and ask us to delete your account.
• We may suspend or take offline an account or a site if it breaks these Terms or the law, if it puts others or the platform at risk, if we receive a valid complaint or legal request, or if fees are unpaid after the grace period. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why. Suspension does not delete your data.
• After an account is deleted we remove its data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability

We work hard to keep Pageqnic running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We may update, change or remove features. We may also carry out maintenance, which can cause short interruptions.

9. Intellectual property

Pageqnic's software, design, name and logo belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to them, other than the right to use the service as described here. Please do not use the Pageqnic name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.

10. Limits of our responsibility

• Pageqnic is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not give any warranty other than those that cannot be excluded by law.
• To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost sales, or for the acts of creators, buyers, Razorpay or other third parties.
• Our total responsibility to you for any claim relating to Pageqnic is limited to the fees you paid to Pageqnic in the three months before the event that led to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is important, we will let you know by email or in the dashboard. If you keep using Pageqnic after a change takes effect, you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi, India, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory rights you have under consumer-protection law. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so that we can try to resolve it.
